Just days until my first triathlon!
Mini-freak out. Was just looking for updated information on Urban Rock - the triathlon I’m doing this weekend and I see the race distances have changed slightly. so now looking forward to a 500m swim (it was 400m), a 20km cycle (was 18km) and then a 7km run (was 4km).
What was I thinking - nah it’ll be fine and more importantly it’ll be fun!
