So it’s like one month until I take part in my first half-triathlon! Never attempted anything like this before!
400m swim - i think I’ll be fine… been doing it in a pool regularly - although i get to rest occasionally - won’t be able to do that in the sea!! Sure I’ll be fine!
18km cycle - definitely good on this one. Do that all the time.
4km run - been doing this daily for a while now - so I think I’ll be ok!
It’s putting them all together and doing the transition from one to the other that’s scaring the fuck out of me at the moment!
