When a client contacts me - I pretty much jump to what they’ve asked for.. and if not - will let them know when I can get to it based on my workload and their deadlines. I have shifted major deadlines to suite clients!
But I send them an invoice and they’re like - we’ll have a look at that next week.
Think I need to have the same attitude for the clients?!
