I know it’s early days yet - but I really have been able to not have a smoke for quite some time now… no cheats.
An I’ve gone several times to buy smokes for my husband (who still intends to quit)…
So proud of myself! Never going to smoke again!
And Coke (Coca-cola) - I haven’t had any Coke since New Years Eve! I was on a 2l bottle a day pretty much! The stuff is evil - and I’m glad to be rid of it!
