can’t believe it’s been 7 months since I last had a smoke! Cravings are gone (occasional gut reaction to pick one up - but not difficult to overcome). Not a single cheat smoke. Nothing.
That also marks 7 months since I stopped drinking Coca-Cola - that craving persists - and I have cheated once or twice - but cannot believe I ever drank that stuff! It tastes like poison!
I have not had a smoke now for 3 weeks now.

Feeling really awesome about it. Not craving smokes at all. Coke only occasionally I crave at the shops. But still haven’t taken a sip!
I know it’s early days yet - but I really have been able to not have a smoke for quite some time now… no cheats.
An I’ve gone several times to buy smokes for my husband (who still intends to quit)…
So proud of myself! Never going to smoke again!
And Coke (Coca-cola) - I haven’t had any Coke since New Years Eve! I was on a 2l bottle a day pretty much! The stuff is evil - and I’m glad to be rid of it!
